Charts not showing on Mozilla Firefox browser

Symptom

You are using Mozilla Firefox, and there is an error message displayed when you try to view the charts in Genius Project:

Chart type not supported

In Google Chrome, charts are loading as expected.

Cause

This is because you need to manually install or update Adobe Flash on Firefox.

1. Go the Adobe Flash website to download the plugin: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
2. Close all your browsers and install Flash on your computer.
3. Restart Mozilla Firefox, and go to the Add-on Manager pane: about:addons
4. Make sure Shockwave Flash is in the list of add-ons, and set it to Always Activate.
