I am not able to download Excel reports using Google Chrome

Please check if you have installed the following extension in Google Chrome.

Docs PDF/PowerPoint Viewer (by Google)

This extension will prevent you to download the XLS files generated from Genius Project.

It is not supported, so please disable it.
